A pasta and fruit chicken salad. Great for a hot day!Ingredients | Pasta Salad Recipes Creamy4 cups cooked pasta, shape of your choice2 cups cubed, cooked chicken meat5 stalks celery, diced2 large apples - peeled, cored and chopped1 cup seedless grapes, halved1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained¾ cup mayonnaise2 tablespoons milk1 tablespoon white sugar½ teaspoon salt1 pinch ground black pepper1 pinch ground nutmegDirectionsChill pasta and chicken thoroughly.Mix chicken, celery, apples, grapes, pineapple, mandarin oranges and pasta in large bowl.Mix the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt, dash of pepper and a dash of nutmeg.Combine mayonnaise and chicken mixtures and toss.
